Great experience, very fresh, and tasty. We did the Omakase Miyagi (you have to request this menu days in advance when making the reservation), which started off with three dishes with several pieces (attached pictures). After that there was several pieces of nigiri served, notable mentions off the top of my head are A5 waygu, toro, bluefin tuna, uni. If I recall I believe the primary source of the fish is Hokkaido with other areas being sprinkled in. few seats, which makes for a nice quiet experience with whoever you decide to experience it with. Favorites of the night were: Monkfish liver, oyster w/ cavier, softshell crab, snowcrab, two different uni (one from santa barbara and the other from Hokkaido), the eel nigiri was interesting, A5 waygu, toro, and there was one nigiri that had a chili leaf that was a ride of flavor from start to finish. also the vanilla truffle icecream to end the meal was great!

My husband and I had an incredible time and experience at Sushi Miyagi a very unexpected experience. We love sushi but this took our taste buds to another level of amazingness. Chef and his wife are so welcoming and explained every fish and showed us a picture of the fish we are enjoying. They are an amazing team and it shows how much they dedicate and enjoy what they are doing and most of all make sure you are satisfied to the fullest. Thank you Chef Shin and Miho for a great birthday experience! Btw their signature draft beer is a MUST!

Shin & his wife are amazing. The food was incredible each dish better than the next. A once in a lifetime experience. The service was some of the best I've ever had and the restaurant ambience was perfect. Loved everything about it.

Went here last night after a co-worker raved about the food and it did not disappoint! The quality of the cooked food and sushi was top notch and the service impeccable! Each dish was prepared with love by the sushi chef, and the portions were perfect! My photos are just a portion of what was served. Will definitely be back here again!
